- 37 Broadway used to be a hardware store
- The condos (8-20 Fourth Street) used to be housing on Fort Devens. The entire building was
moved to Graniteville in sections are re-assembled.
- Many properties are not on the tax lists, such as 3 Broadway and 25 Broadway

may have a large file on companies in this area).

- The whole Courier complex is networked with tunnels,
- There was a major train wreck in Graniteville in 1984, the whole area had to be evacuted.
- There were 2 fires a week apart at 31 Bridge in the fall of 1983,
- There was a major fire at Westford Anodizing in the late 1970's or early 1980's.
- The water in the tiny stream going by the Graniteville foundary is really loaded with
chemicals. This water should be tested by a competent authority to see if the foundary
should be shut down.
