Computers: "Apple II"

It is unclear to me whether this is supposed to be an image of an Apple II or II Plus. I suspect it is a II Plus, primarily because of the monitor that is attached to it. This type of better quality monitor (which looks like one of Apple's own branded monitors) was not seen in the first few years that the Apple II was in existence.
