Peripheral Cards - Non-Apple: "M&H Sup'R'Mod"
The Sup'R'Mod was sold as one of the very first third-party peripherals for the Apple II. It allowed connection of the computer to a standard television, rather than requiring purchase of a monitor (which was much more expensive, even for a monochrome one). Since Apple could not sell a device like this without violating FCC regulations about radio-frequency interference, it left the market open for another company to meet customer needs in this fashion.
